As a professional coach trained by Optimus Coach Academy, holding an EMCC Foundation Level certification and working aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), your sessions are bound by strict codes of professional ethics and confidentiality. Your personal information or session topics will never be shared with third parties without your explicit permission, except where strictly required by law.

We do not hold onto your data indefinitely. In strict accordance with our professional liability insurance requirements, all client records, contracts, and session logs will be stored securely and retained for a minimum period of 7 years following the conclusion of our coaching relationship, after which they will be permanently and securely destroyed.

Our coaching relationships with international clients are strictly governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
