These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Coaching with MD website and any services booked through this website.
By accessing this website or booking a coaching session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Coaching with MD
Coaching with MD provides professional coaching services designed to support individuals with areas including:

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support reflection, awareness and action.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, choices and actions.

3. Discovery Calls and Coaching Sessions
Coaching with MD may offer an initial discovery call to explore your coaching needs and determine whether coaching support is suitable.
A discovery call does not create a coaching relationship or guarantee that coaching services will be provided.
If coaching services are agreed, further arrangements regarding fees, sessions and expectations will be confirmed separately.
4. Booking Through Calendly
Coaching with MD uses Calendly as a scheduling platform to manage appointments.
When you book a discovery call or coaching session through Calendly, you may be asked to provide personal information including your name, email address and information relating to your booking.
Calendly processes this information on our behalf to:
Schedule appointments;
Send booking confirmations and reminders;
Manage availability;
Support appointment administration.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Calendly’s own privacy practices.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged where applicable.
If Coaching with MD needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative appointment arranged.
6. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an important part of the coaching relationship.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except where:
You provide consent for information to be shared;
Disclosure is required by law;
There is a serious concern relating to safety or risk of harm.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, materials and resources, belongs to Coaching with MD unless otherwise stated.
Content must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Coaching with MD provides coaching services with reasonable care and professionalism.
However, coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances, engagement and actions taken by the client.
Coaching with MD is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken by clients following coaching sessions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where this would be unlawful.

Coaching with MD is not responsible for the availability, content or privacy practices of third-party services.
